About the video:
Getting shredded and staying shredded long-term are two very different things. As a lifetime natural lifter, I see many "fake nattys" promoting the shredded lifestyle and being at 6-8% body fat all year round. Not only is this unrealistic, but chasing this goal can have a very negative impact on your progress on the fitness journey.
If your goal is to get lean as a natural, you're best served by going down to 10-12% body fat, building more lean muscle, and finding a sustainable body fat somewhere between 10% body fat and 15% body fat. The body fat percentage you can maintain will vary. Most importantly, the goal is to be happy with your physique, live a sustainable healthy lifestyle, and learn to enjoy the process.
In this video I share my experience and thoughts on finding your ideal body fat percentage and reaching a level on your journey where you'll be happy. A lot of advice out there about getting lean or shredded isn't realistic. I hope this video gives you a different perspective compared to all the nonsense fitness advice that's out there.
