0:05 The customer's insurance company paid to get a used engine installed. The clip was also filmed after draining water out of the engine for 45 seconds.
0:19 A $10 oil cap turned into a $800 job in the end for the customer. This an important reminder to look for the oil cap/bolt/nut when you drop it as it could always lead to a more expensive repair.
