Insane Gymnastic Rings Exercise To Build Muscle Quick
Yo brothers,
I hope you enjoyed the video. These are my favourite rings exercises. During the training I had the two extra one's planned but I injured my arm slightly. I didn't want to risk damaging it so I performed exercises I was confident with. I can't emphasise how look these gymnastic rings exercises are; especially ring dips and pelican pulls. The best thing with rings is that you aren't stuck using a planned bar so you can get different ROMS.
