Equipment: Box, reformer and yourself!

Stretch: Knee rocks
Warm up:
Single leg footwork
- Add single leg extension
- Add thread the needle
- Hold halfway, continue leg extension
- Pulse
Heavy dead bug
- Single arm openings
- Opposite leg extension
- Double arm double leg
- Plough
- Add crunch
- And leg extensions
- Hold and work leg extensions
OS footwork
B, B^, BY
Arm work, short box
- Offering
- Add chest press
- Cont chest presses
- Hold forwards, palms up/palms down
B, Y, no springs
Warrior lunge
- Add arms
- Add knee extension
- Hold lunge cont Knee extension
- Hold lunge, x5 side flexion bends
Reverse Scooter
- Hands on box
- No hands
- Add arms
- Hold lunge and pulse
Y, Y^, B
Hug a beach ball/moon
- Lift and lower
- Squats
- Add arms
- Hold squat pallof press
+1 R spring
Roll backs
- add twist
- Add single leg to TT
- Hold cont twist
- Pulse twist (+leg extension), both sides
OS arms, OS lunge and scoot
Y
Rear knee tucks OR plank to pike
- add double pulse
- Hold plank
- Oblique twists/salsa hips

Lift and lower
