BEST EVER Amasi Cheesecake | Without Cream cheese | South African Recipe

Making this no-bake cheesecake with amasi/sour milk is a great and affordable way to enjoy cheesecake. This recipe doesn't need cream cheese and is a no-bake tennis biscuit crust.

INGREDIENTS

FILLING

2kg amasi/ sour milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 can of condensed milk
2-3 tbsp lime juice

CRUST

1 pack of tennis biscuits
70g melted butter

TOPPING

Granadilla Pulp
