Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health demonstrates how to develop the serratus anterior muscle.

The serratus anterior originates off of the 1st through 8th or 9th rib and inserts into the medial border of the scapula. It's primary action is to draw the scapula forward around the thorax.

The serratus anterior muscle, when fully developed, is a muscle that really stands out and really completes the abdominal area. Bruce Lee made this muscle famous.
