If you have a leg injury that does not permit you to bear weight directly on that leg, you can watch this video to see how to get down to the floor and back up again, without bending your injured leg and without having to put extra weight on that injured leg. In order to perform this exercise, you will need sufficient arm strength, and flexibility in your non-injured leg. Examples of such injuries would be a total or partial knee replacement, or other knee surgery as well as a host of other injuries. In this video, I am demonstrating the moves just two weeks after a total knee replacement.
