In this video I cook popcorn on induction. I use a Nuwave induction hot plate that has temperature settings, and show how to make foolproof popcorn on induction. No shaking. No Burning. Nice spices. I've updated this video because using this method I make perfect popcorn every time.
Ingredients include popcorn, high temperature canola oil, and sesame chili oil, as well as nutritional yeast and Zaatar (Za'atar) for flavor.

In this demo I cook at 500 ft. above sea level. It goes a bit faster at sea level.
