Hi everybody! My name is Daria and in this video I slightly open a door of Russian cuisine.
In America – pancakes, In France – French crepes, In Russia – bliny or blini.
So many names, so many recipes!
I will show you the one of many hundreds recipes of cooking Russian pancakes.
It's easy, fast and delicious.

You can eat bliny with all kind of traditional fillings such as sour cream, honey, salmon, jam, condensed milk. My favorite is bliny with cheese and ham!
