Rotator Cuff Training with Mike Boyle (part 2)
Why are Rotator Cuff Exercises so Important?
The rotator cuff is the main stabilizer of the shoulder joint.
Many muscles are involved in shoulder movement and all work together, but strengthening the rotator cuff is especially important.
This rotator cuff exercise is for the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, & subscapularis, and many of the muscles around the shoulder.
