Leaner Chicken Panang Macros for 1 LB of Chicken as Shown:
1064 Calories | 124g P | 50g C | 44g F

For 4 ounce serving:
266 Calories | 31g P | 12.5g C |11g F

Ingredients:
1 whole can of light coconut milk
114g of Panang Curry Sauce
14-15g of Oyster Sauce (fish sauce is ok too)
27g Truvia Brown Sugar
32g of PBFit
1 LB chicken breast in cubes or small strips
Bell pepper, broccoli or baby carrots (optional)

Recipe:
1. Set instant pot to sauté mode and spray oil to bottom
2. Add in coconut milk, parang, oyster sauce, brown sugar and your peanut butter mixture from PB fit.
3. Bring sauce to a boil and add your chicken breast strips/chunks. Make sure to mix sauce and cover the chicken in sauce.
4. Add in frozen or fresh veggies like chopped bell peppers, baby carrots and broccoli (optional)
4. Take off sauté mode, put on pressure cook for 3 minutes at high pressure and make sure vent set to “sealing” and not venting
5. Let cook for the 3 minutes, sit for 5 minutes, release the steam by venting
6. Open instant pot and enjoy
