STANDING BOOTY WORKOUT AT HOME \\ WHAT EXERCISES LIFT YOUR BUTT FAST FOR WOMEN
Hey guys, thanks for joining in today’s follow along 15 MIN STANDING BOOTY WORKOUT AT HOME \\ WHAT EXERCISES LIFT YOUR BUTT FAST FOR WOMEN! ❤
This standing booty workout is a killer! Your butt is going to burn like fire! All the exercises in this workout is there to grow and lift the butt! We are working the lower, upper and side of the booty. You can do the workout with a resistance band to increase the tension or you can do it without, it will still be a good workout 😊. As women, we always want to have a firm, toned butt, this workout will help you get there! You CAN grow your butt at home! It's very possible. To get the best results, I suggest doing this workout 2-3 times per week. You WILL SEE RESULTS if you are consistent! For more variety you can also try one of my other booty workouts, linked below.
If you are not warm yet, I suggest doing a glute activation warm up before. I will link it bellow. This will make your workout more effective as your glutes will be warm and able to squeeze and contract easier.

-7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
-x2 SETS
-45s Rest in between SETS
