The Workout i did to lose 120 pounds in a year.
Here it is. This is what my nightly schedule at the gym looked like 2 years ago when I decided I would give my all to my future self and really start my weight-loss journey. It’s not about if you have it in you....It’s about when you decide to do it. I really hope this helps any of you who felt like you weren’t positive how to spend your time in the gym wisely. Follow this workout properly and you’re sure to be seeing the results you deserve. This is just a basic format of my nightly routine of course I would add different exercises along the way, try to challenge yourself and make it fun by trying new activities or workouts.
