No Hands or Hands Free Yoga Flow | Perfect for Arthritis, Broken & Injured Wrist, Hand Yoga Sequence

Sprained or broken, injured wrist? Arthritis? Can't put pressure on your hands? This class is for you! When I recently sprained my wrist, I was deeply humbled. I needed to continue my yoga practice, yet there was so much I couldn't do. I couldn't put ANY pressure on my sprained wrist. If you're in the same boat with a sprain or broken arm, wrist, hand, arthritis or maybe carpal tunnel syndrome, this practice is for you!

This class meets the following requirements (if this is you, press play and roll out your mat):

-Yoga for Broken Hand
-Yoga for a Broken Wrist
-Yoga for Arthritis (if you can't put pressure on your hands)
-Yoga for a Sprained Wrist or Hand (I actually filmed this video with a sprained wrist)
-Yoga with No Hands (maybe you just want to give your wrists a break and enjoy a wrist free, hands free practice :)
