22 Weeks Pregnant, Full Body Workout & Full Body Burn Mini Challenge Details!!

Hey! Just in case you are new here I am a soon to be mama, living in Washington at the moment & moved here from Hawaii. I am a certified personal trainer & have been helping women achieve their mental & physical goals for over 5 years. So happy to have you here!

I am 22 weeks pregnant but always CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR before working out. Every pregnancy is different. PS Anyone can do this workout! Not just for pregnant peeps:)

Workout Details:
Circuit 1: (use household items if you have no dumbbells)
Squats
Ground to Press
Shoulder Press
Deadlift to Low Row
*First round 30 seconds each exercise. Each round increase time by 15 seconds. Repeat 4 rounds. 1 minute recovery between rounds
Circuit 2:
Lateral Walks
Front Walks
Squat Pulses
30 sec each exercise 3-4 rounds 30 sec recovery between rounds
