Workout: I used 25 lbs dumbbells
-Plank Alt. Low Rows 20 total
-Half Get up 10 each arm
-Plank Pull Throughs 20 total
-Ground to Press 15 reps
-Tempo Deadlifts 15 reps
-Squats 15 reps
3 sets
