How Michelin-Starred Ikoyi Meticulously Prepares for Service #shorts

Chef Jeremy Chan is obsessed with beef. The menu at his two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Ikoyi, is centered around the protein. While Chan prefers to let the food speak for itself, the only beef he has with customers is when they order steaks well-done. “It really depresses me when it’s well-done,” says Chan.
