Can a City Have Too Many... Doors?

North American suburbs are not just the result of people's preferences. To a large extent, they're mandated by government rules and regulations. Things like minimum parking requirements and single-family detached zoning have raised more attention and controversy recently—in this video we're going to look at Toronto's restrictions on the number of front doors a residence can have as another example of suburban-style housing regulation.
