"He dumped me". This statement gives them the power. Its a dark trap and you must never lower yourself to its cold clutches. It suggests - that THEY are the one that gets to decide. They are the one that gets to Make that final judgement of, whether or not you are valuable enough. Worthy enough to battle on and fight for. What you need to hear right now is this, is not happening to you, it’s happening for you. It’s happening for you to grow, for you to CHANGE. For you to RISE.

Did they dump you, or show they weren’t emotionally ready? emotionally available?
Did they dump you, or show they couldn't step up and engage when things got real?
Did they dump you, or show you, they’re not right for you?
Maybe, just maybe. You were saved. You were freed from the cruel claws of your average, basic, person. Not worthy of your greatness of your light. This is more about them than you. They broke up with you because they have so much stuff to resolve. And I really believe in key crucial moments people choose Where their loyalties lie. People reveal their true self. Their true nature. So remember. You cannot love someone into loving you. Your problem was, you asked every single time - do you love me yet? The right person, will never let that be a question. So where do we go from here? Especially if they are unwilling to work, unwilling to try.

Well. It’s time. Its Time for you to look down at the soles of your feet. And let them carry you to the sanctuary you know. Back to the palace you were found in. Back to the same place you were in before - filled goals, dreams & your map for yourself. There is no person in the world who’s gonna solve, help, fill and give you the fulfilment you seek. Even if we wave a magic wand & they become what you think you need - it won’t work. It won’t fill you with your everything. That stuff comes from inside. Life begins when an egg breaks from inside. A plant burrows roots to the soil, from inside.SO BREAK. OPEN. SHINE. Be who you are. Shine, you are your own star. There is no person in the world with a love like yours.

So send it back, Send it all back. And send it back to you like a self addressed letter. Return to sender. Send it all back to you.There is no book. No coach. No guru. No child of yours. No family. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. That can take the place of your own mental sanctuary. Full of those early morning meditations & self loving Sundays reading a good book, those evenings laying on your own back watching the stars glittering in the evening sky. Simply put - if you feel like you are on your own now. That’s because YOU ARE. You are. You came with nothing & you will leave with nothing. This is your path & you find it by walking it. Seek those who fuel and fan your flames. AND WE BOTH KNOW that light, its there, radiating & bursting out of you because we have seen it, felt it - and damn its beautiful!

So I encourage you: Fall back. Fall back not to failure and pain alone, but to your systems. Fall back to the positive habits. Fall back to those who love & nourish you. Fall back and stay away from the easy reactivity. You know, darkness creeps there. Yes you have every reason to fall apart right now. But you also have every reason to take all that pain, stare it face to face, head on, & use it to keep going, to keep moving further forwards. To use that same pain as fuel injected into you, for new life, to grow to greater heights. Take your mantle in the sky. Remember what lies ahead of you, and lies behind you are tiny, miniscule, things compared to what's beating & beaming inside of you. Find the sound of your own drum & follow it. Find the lights of your heart & follow it. But above all else, you have everything you need. All the tools. All the habits, all the knowledge, all the love of every book, every wise master in the world, every inspiring story. Commit to them. Hold onto them. Hold onto these words.

May these things carry you now - I promise, you’re not going to succeed, you are not going to cope, you are going to flourish. I’m sending you all the light and love in this world. So be ready for it. Find & carry the courage to keep on keeping on. Carry and walk on by. Forwards, onwards. with your head held high in power. No one can take from the grace of your being. Even with no throne or crown. Your radiance is oozing out. So you do you. You were freed. Not dumped. Gotta brush that dirt off your shoulder now.
