万圣节要到了，在国外到处都会看到很多的金瓜食谱在网上飙出来，今天我也来尝试，做了自己爱吃的金瓜蛋糕~喜欢萝卜蛋糕的一定会喜欢这款蛋糕，因为好潮湿，有金瓜及香料的甜香味，加上核桃切块，口感很好~很适合搭配跟芝士奶油糖霜~

Halloween season is coming. I see a lot of Pumpkin recipes popping out on social media in overseas. Today, I will be making myself a Pumpkin Cake. Those who like carrot cake will surely enjoy this Pumpkin Cake as well. Because it is so moist, with the natural sweet aroma from the pumpkin and the spices, plus the crunchy chopped walnuts, the texture is very good ~ very suitable to pair with cheese cream frosting ~
