Beginner Full Body Calisthenics Workout + Meal (Full Body Home Workout)

Yo brothers,

I hope you enjoyed the video!! This should be a great beginner workout circuit to start your calisthenics journey. This can still be made difficult by increasing reps and can turn into a crazy workout for advanced athletes too. This is one of my favourite workouts and I still do it to this day ahah. The workout includes -

Star Jumps
Pull Ups (if no equipment do lying pull ups)
Push Ups
Squats
Australian Pull Ups ("")
Incline Push Ups
Lunges
Leg raises

I hope you also liked the breakfast part! I really enjoyed putting that together. I literally eat this every morning! What was included -
