Row/Pull hack for Lower Trap vs Upper Traps.

This for those of you having trouble with your upper traps firing too much in a row or pull. Try having the anchor high and then kneeling so the line of pull is on an angle. This will naturally bias pulling down when you pull back and reduce the upper trap work.
