Today you are going to learn a simple in-home routine to increase your wrist strength & improve flexibility.
If right now you are experiencing weakness or pain in your wrist, then this routine will help a ton.
A lot of us will experience wrist pain during or after doing push ups, training parkour, or training thing like the handstand.
Most people will try either just take off & rest, perform standard static stretches, or just keep doing what they are doing hoping that their body adapts…
Some these will help, however what you really need to do is build active mobility & strength to prevent these injuries in the first place.
It doesn’t take much to build this strength & flexibility in the wrist. However it will take dedication & being consistent.
Performing this routine 1 to 2x a day will help tremendously for increasing your wrist strength and preventing injuries or pain.
Be aware that things like diet and being on a computer all day (chronic wrist fatigue) will play a factor as well. However, adding a routine like this will be one of the most important factors.
