The Theme Park History of Jaws The Ride (Universal Studios Florida)

Jaws The Ride is a theme park attraction at Universal Studios Japan and formerly at Universal Studios Florida. Based upon the films of the same name, the attraction places guests aboard tour boats for what should be a leisurely tour of Amity Harbor, but instead becomes a harrowing chase between the craft and a great white shark. In this video we take a look at the original attraction on the studio tour at Universal Studios Hollywood, the failure and closure of the attraction when it first opened, the success of the second version built and the closure of the Florida version for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley.
