WORKOUT

After proper warmup and stretching

The first thing we do is pull Ups
4 sets
8-12 slow and controlled reps
70-80 seconds rest

Barbell rowing
3 sets of 8-10 reps
80 seconds rest

Deadlifts
2 warmup sets for 10-12 reps
3 working sets of 6-10
80-90 seconds rest

Underhand grip lat pulldown
3 sets 10-12 reps
60 seconds rest

seated cable rowing
3 sets of 10
60 seconds rest

BICEPS
Barbell curls
4 sets of 8-10
60 seconds rest

concentration curls
3 sets of 12-15
60 seconds rest

Traps
wide grip barbell shrugs
3 sets of 10-15
60 seconds rest
