This is a Push WORKOUT video which includes the training Chest,shoulders and triceps and we are also doing some FOREARMS work in the end.
we will be doing two excercises for each muscle group which will include some major compound movements,some isolation work and some supersets.
This split allows you to train each muscle twice a week which has been backed by research for better muscle growth.
Here's the WORKOUT

We start with some Warmup and stretching
Shoulders
Standing Barbell overhead press
one Warmup set of 12-15
3 working set of 7-10 with a relatively heavy weight.
80 seconds rest

Superset
standing db lateral raises with bent over db raises
8 reps of both with no rest in between.
you can change the weight in both the excercises accordingly

Chest
Incline barbell bench press
3 sets of 8-10
70-90 seconds rest
Do some posing in between

lower cable crossovers
3 sets of 12-15
Can also take a drop set of 5-6 reps.
50 seconds rest

TRICEPS
Close grip bench press
3 sets of 8-12
60 seconds rest

lying on the ground db skull crushers
3 sets of 10-12
60 seconds rest

FOREARMS
Wrist curls over a bench
3 sets of 15 with 40 seconds rest
Farmer walk (Grips Strength)
2 sets of 10-15 steps

Do some dynamic stretches after WORKOUT
