Biko Recipe | Most loved Filipino delicacy | How to Make Biko with Latik | Best for All Occassions

In this video, I will share with you How to make “Special Biko”, a native delicacy served for snacks and goes well with coffee, actually you can eat this anytime of the day. This is the recipe of my sister-in-law, it has simple ingredients and very easy to make. This is another favorite of Filipinos served during special occasions or even on ordinary days. Enjoy cooking!

Ingredients:
3 cups malagkit rice
2 niyog, for 1st and 2nd gata
1 cup brown sugar
250 grams frozen langka, drained (or more, optional)
Banana leaves
Note:
1st gata for latik budbod
2nd gata
- for cooking the malagkit rice (saing)
- for cooking panutsa then the cooked malagkit
