BIKO WITH LATIK | 200 PESOS PUHUNAN with Costing

Another negosyo idea. Filipino kakanin naman. :)

Biko is an easy and simple dessert made with glutinous rice (aka sticky rice), coconut milk, and brown sugar. In this video I provided the recipe, costing for bilao and paper box. For those of you who plan to sell this a sideline during this time or if you plan to make this for the upcoming holiday.
Ingredients:

5 cups of glutinous rice
5 cups of coconut milk (second extract)

1 cup pure coconut milk
2 ½ cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt

FOR LATIK
1 ½ cups pure coconut milk (first extract)
