Biko and Latik Toppings
◻ Ingredients

- 3 cups sticky rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
-  1 cup muscovado sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of rice
- Kakang gata
- Pangalawang Gata

◻ Instructions

1. Rinse the rice.
2. Add 2 1/2 cups of water to the sticky rice and cook until the rice is ready.
3. Combine the pangalawang gata and 1 cup kakang gata in the wok. Also add 1 cup of muscovado sugar, 1 cup brown sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the 1/2 cup of rice and 3 cups of sticky rice in the wok. Mix well until all the liquid evaporates (but do not overcook).
5. For Latik Toppings, boil 1 cup of kakang gata in low heat. Continue cooking until the liquid evaporates.
