this is how i've been getting myself to eat vegetables lately

i filmed all of this for other videos that didn't work out but i'm trying to stop WASTING footage so now it's basically a video of 3 meal ideas that have helped me get more (raw) veggies in during quarantine!
and if it seems a lil random that is why haha

PESTO recipe =
blend/process together:
1 cup fresh basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup nuts (pine nuts & walnuts are my favs)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
salt+pepper to taste
1/3 cup olive oil

taco salad dressing (all to taste/consistency) =
mayo/sour cream
lime juice
chipotle powder
chili, garlic, onion powder
paprika
cumin
salt
