Ahmaud Arbery was out for a jog when he was pursued by a former police officer and his son who were armed in a pickup truck, chasing him because they "thought he looked like a man suspected in several break-ins in the area". I loosely followed this recipe, ignoring all the animal products in it & used this recipe:

for my ricotta, TVP for the meat substitute, & Daiya mozzarella *cutting board* shreds on top
You can, of course, simplify this by just adding whatever meat sub you want to a store-bought tomato sauce for the meat sauce!
