花开富贵 (素彩椒双菇蒸豆腐)
Flowers bloom and prosper ( Vegan steamed tofu with colored peppers and double mushrooms)
材料:
2块 豆腐
少许白玉菇
少许蟹味菇
少许红色 灯笼椒(切丁)
少许黄色 灯笼椒(切丁)
少许青色 灯笼椒(切丁)
少许姜丝
调味:
1汤匙素蚝油
1汤匙酱油
少许盐
少许白胡椒粉
勾芡(1茶匙玉米淀粉 +少许水)
做法:
1. 先把豆腐蒸5分钟,
2. 之后,取出,豆腐中间挖个洞备用
3. 锅里倒入少许油,爆香姜丝
4. 加入白玉菇和蟹味菇,拌炒一下
5. 加入三色彩椒丁,拌炒一下
6. 加入大约150毫升清水
7. 加入调味,1汤匙蚝油,1汤匙酱油,少许盐和少许胡椒粉
8. 加入勾芡,煮滚即可
9. 将醬汁與彩椒双菇淋在豆腐上即可

Ingredient:

A little crab flavored mushrooms
red bell peppers (diced)
yellow bell peppers (diced)
green bell pepper (diced)
shredded ginger
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon vegan oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
pinch of salt
a little white pepper
Thicken (1 tsp cornstarch + a little water)
Practice:
1. Steam the tofu for 5 minutes first.
2. After that, take it out and dig a hole in the middle of the tofu for later use.
3. Pour a little oil into the pot and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant
4. Add white jade mushrooms and crab mushrooms, stir-fry
5. Add three-color diced pepper and stir-fry 6. Add about 150 ml of water
7. Add seasoning, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a little salt and a little pepper
8. Add thickening and bring to boil
9. Pour the sauce and colored pepper and mushrooms over the tofu.
