Review, Unboxing, and How To Install - Harbor Freight's ThunderBolt Magnum Solar 100 Watt panel system.

This video shows you how to install this great amorphous solar panel system.

I installed it on my barn to directly power 12 volt fans that will keep my valuable livestock cool and safe from heat exhaustion in 100+ degree heat and heat index.

This is saving me a ton of money because my barn is the largest consumer of grid power right now on my farm. (My home, greenhouse, etc. are sustainable already, so this will get me almost completely off grid.)

In this video I show you how to use efficient overhead 12v fans from RVs, as well as high powered fans from racing car engines, to move the air with power created directly from this panel system.

This system is amazingly efficient, and works even when it is cloudy.

Update- The charge controller that comes in the package with the 100 watt system is rated at 10 amps and worked great for all my appliances except the racing car fan. That fan is 10 amps all by itself, so I had to use a Magnum Solar 30 amp charge controller to keep from getting an E13 Overload Protection message.
