Mountain Mint Now Flowering
Here is one of my favorite herbs for protecting my food in my garden.
Mountain Mint is very aromatic and when it flowers the color changes from dark green to an almost white/grey leaves. It contains a tremendous amount of camphor, and can be used to make nasal spray to clear your sinuses.
It also attracts predatory wasps, and has great qualities that keep honey bees healthy.
It has tiny little flowers (or florets) that attract just about every kind of wasp and bee that provide me and my garden with ongoing security!
