Hi there today I have shared The Basic Vanilla eggless cake with frosting and rosette pipping.
This is the first time I have tried frosting and Rosette Pipping. hope you all love it.
Ingredients: for Basic Vanilla Cake :
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
PLAIN YOGURT- 1/2 CUP
OIL OR MELTED BUTEER - 1/4TH CUP
MILK- 1/2 CUP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 TBSP
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER- 1/2 TSP
BAKING SODA- 1/4TH TSP
INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING:
CHILLED WHIPPIN CREAM: 3 CUPS IN TOTAL
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 TSP
PINK FOOS COLOR.
PIPPING BAGS: 4 OR 5
TIPS 1 M THREE DIFFERENTS SIZES
Procedure: How to make the Basic eggless vanilla cake:
First, mix all the ingredients one by one.
Add milk gradually and get a smooth consistency.
In a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper & fill the cake batter.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
Here I made 2 cakes with the same measurements.
Check the cake and let it cool down.
Now remove the upper layer of the cakes.
Frosting:
You need to chill all the equipment like mixing bowl, tools & spoons.
chill the whipping cream before using. take require whipping cream in a bowl start mixing with an electric mixer. until you get fluffy stiff peaks.
If you want to whip cream sweet you can add 1 tbsp. sugar.
Now start applying cream on top of the cakes watching the video.
If you do not want frosting decorations, you can stop here& enjoy.
This cake is very easy at very healthy without frosting.
