Easy And Quick Minced chicken( Keema) Fry|| For Rice and Roti|| # I AM A CREATOR||

This minced chicken is very easy to make, you can make it as a gravy or you can make it dry item.
You can stuff this mix in a flatbread or tortilla, or you can enjoy this with your favorite rice.

Ingredients:

Minced chicken 300- grams
Red onion -1 sliced
tomato - 1 sliced
Green chilies sliced - 3
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Red chili powder= 1 tbsp
cumin powder- 1/2 tbsp
Tumeric powder- A pinch
salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsps
whole black peppercorns- 6 no
1/4th tbsp of cumin seeds
cloves - 2 numbers

Procedure:

First, heat the oil, and add all 3 spices of cumin seeds, peppercorns, and cloves.
Next fry the red onions and ad ginger garlic paste to the fried onions.
Now add coriander leaves and mix it well.
Next add sliced green chilies, once chilies are ready to add chopped tomatoes with turmeric powder and stir it again.
Now it's time to add our main ingredient of the recipe is minced chicken.
Now add red chili powder and cumin powder, salt now stirs it together and cover it with a lid.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
After 10 minutes open the lid and mix it again, now just cook for 5 more minutes to make it dry.
Serve this in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
Now our yummy mouthwatering ground chicken is ready to serve.
