Hi, there
Today I am sharing a healthy breakfast or snack recipe Black chickpeas salad.
Ingredients you need:
Black chickpeas - 1cup
Onions diced - 4 4tbsps
Deseeded tomatoes - 2 tbsps
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1\4th tsp
Cumin seeds- 1\4th tsp
Tumeric powder- 1\4th tsp
Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves few
Mint leaver few
Lime - one half
Procedure :
First, clean the black chickpeas 3 times and now submerge with fresh water and cover it.
You have to soak it overnight and the next day drains the water or recycle it.
Now add the required water & boil the chickpeas.
After boiling check it whether they are soft or not.
Now take one pan add butter and heat it, now add all the ingredients one by one.
You can use green chilies or red chilies or chili flakes or red chili powder.
Squeeze fresh lime and garnish with Mint leaves.
Now serve it in a bowl.
You can serve this recipe as a breakfast or evening snack.
Black chickpeas are very high in protein and fibers.
Include this recipe in your diet for the best health results.
