Fresh milk cream Cake Recipe (Malai Cake) Eggless|| No Oven||

Hi Today's video I have shared Fresh milk cream cake. Very delicious yet very easy.

Ingredients for Malai Cake:

For making Malai:

Milk - 2& 1/2 cups
condensed milk - 1/2 cup
sugar - 1/2 cup
Green cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
Saffron strands few (optional)

For making Cake Base:

All purpose flour- 1 cup
Baking powder- 1 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tbsps

Note:
1 cup = 250 ml

How to make Malai Cake Recipe:

Just simply follow the video.
You can add always 1 cup sugar for 1 cup of flour.
Here i have used less sugar in case if u like more sweetness you better add 1 cup of sugar for 1 cup all purpose flour always.

You can boil the milk up to thick consistency if you want.

I just boiled milk and bring it to one and half cups from 2 & 1/2 cups.

You can use regular oven to bake the cake.

This cake will leave you definitely awesome taste satisfaction.
