February 18th 2023, a short hike today for a change. My superhero dog Bella and I hiked up to the mammoth rock formations in Harriman State Park and it was a great day for me and Bella...

She is tired now and she is sleeping - she is burnt out from the days hike since we did a large hike just two days ago. She is getting older now. and she needs some R&R to recuperate.

I did not put her through any drills today. Today was a day of just hiking and romping about and just releasing energy and for her it was a fun day.
