June, 16th, 2023, Today's dog walk was at the Chuang Yen Monastery, about 11 - 12 miles out of Cold Spring NY. Look it up on the internet and go there you will not be disappointed you will be at the core of creation...

To fast-track today's dog walk it was like a mystical roller coster ride for my superhero dog Bella and myself.

I felt as if and my superhero dog Bella was some kind of mystical instrument and the universe was playing with our creation, as my superhero dog Bella and I, felt what true reality was...

And you know what I just let myself surrender to it all as my superhero dog Bella and I flowed with it all.

It was a muggy hot and humid day that quickly turned into a steady cold rain and dropping temperatures as the scenes in the Zen garden kept unfolding before our eyes; that kept myself and my superhero dog Bella focused.

Many extraordinary events unfolded like a pond full of exotic fish that magically facilitated the healing process of my mental state of mind, as a kind of energy cleared the natural setting all around Bella and I - a kind of catalyst for the transformation that my superhero dog Bella and I felt.

It seemed almost as if a higher - dimensional portal or opening in space a very religious kine of moment a kind of frequency within the quantum field.

And the key to being there was the multidimensional forces that captured our inner souls as my superhero dog Bella took in all of the energy and from the many versions of reality that sprang up all around she and I...

My superhero dog Bella sensed the magic facilitating energies from this spiritual place - something very spiritual was guiding her and I cross the clouds and into the energy being generated there...

A world of creativity and a carving out of compassionate and love, as exotic moments at the core.

As a kind of triggering of a deep remembering within our existence an ancient cosmic wisdom was released and my superhero dog Bella and I were at the core of it all... The End!

More Dog Notes: I am always looking for ways to teach my superhero dog Bella how to handle her frustration. Because nothing worthwhile comes out of a dog's frustration, so I find ways to manage the learning process so that it never gets to the point of frustration...

Sometimes frustration in dogs can lead to aggression, so I quickly and effectively try to find ways to break the escalating cycles of excitement and frustration, and to teach my superhero dog Bella better ways to control her frustration and give her renewed attention to learning the alternative ways...

For example in order to avoid perpetuating the mistake - frustration - aggression, sequence I try to reduce the frustration or teach my superhero dog Bella to react to frustration in an acceptable manner.

A), Reduce the dogs frustration
B), Teach the dog to react to frustration in an acceptable manner.
