In this video, I go over a really common error beginner and intermediate lifters make during their squat. Maintaining balance throughout your squat descent is a critical component to successful squatting. If you’re breaking at your hips while trying to avoid forward lean, you will have a really hard time maintaining your balance and squatting well.
