Ingredients:

10 pcs. chicken breast
10 slices of ham
10 sticks of cheese
3 tbsp calamansi juice
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil for deep frying

Sauce:

370ml all purpose cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp basil
1 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter

1) Sauce: Dissolve chicken bouillon into the how water
2) Combine all purpose cream, cup chicken broth, cornstarch, basil, paprika powder, pepper, white sugar, garlic and mayonnaise
3) Cook over low heat until thickened
4) Add butter and mix well
5) Chicken: pound chicken using a meat mallet
6) Assemble: Place 1 slice of ham on top and spread some sauce(from the ham)
7) Put 1 stick of cheese and roll it
8) Secure with toothpick
9) Prepare dredging mixture: combine all purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt and pepper
10)Dredge chicken into the flour mixture
11)Dip into the beaten eggs
12)Coat with bread crumbs
13)Deep fry into preheated vegetable oil
14)Drain excess oil and rest for 5 minutes
15)Remove toothpick and Slice about 1 inch thick
16)Serve with sauce
