Ingredients:
-1 med size Pineapple fruit, sliced and cleaned
-2 cups coco sugar

note:
-you can also use brown or white sugar
-to clean pineapple remove the crown and the base,
cut off the wide strips of the peel,
to remove the eyes of the fruit cut the narrow wedge-pattern grooves diagonally following the pattern of the eyes
