No Bake Macaroni with Cheesy Sauce
Christmas is near and we always want something special for this exceptional day but we do not want to be drained. This dish is very easy to make and you do not need to bake this. Just cook the pasta, red sauce and white cheesy sauce. Let us celebrate good food with the family and friends this Christmas and New Year!
Ingredients:
1kg elbow macaroni
Red Sauce:
1kg ground meat
2 cups hotdog, sliced
1kg sweet style spaghetti sauce
1kg Italian style spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 large red onion, minced
2-3 tbsp red bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1 cup mushrooms, pieces & stems
1 tbsp chicken powder(optional)
1 tsp dried basil(more if preferred)
1 tsp dried oregano(more if preferred)
salt & pepper

White Cheesy Sauce:
1-2 cups cheese, grated
820ml evaporated milk
370ml all purpose cream
1 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
