Mini Chocolate Mousse cake

I love dessert and this is one of my favorite! very easy and delicious! Good for small gartherings, party or for yourself only. hahaha :D

Mini Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients:

400 ml whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar(you can use white sugar)
1/8 cup cocoa powder
6 mini chocolate cake slices(1.2 inch height and 2 and 1/2 inch diameter)

Procedure:
1)in a mixing bowl; combine whipping cream, sugar and cocoa powder
you can sift the cocoa powder to avoid lumps
2)whip the cream until stiff peaks form
3)in your round molder, layer an aluminum foil and place the cake inside
4)Then pipe the chocolate mousse evenly over the cake
5)you can cover it with plastic wrap and place it inside the chiller for 2 -5 hours.
6)when the mouse is chilled you can remove the cake with the foil and slowly peel the foil off
7)served with whipped cream and chocolate syrup !
