Greetings to all viewers, and welcome to my channel once again! In this episode, I will be demonstrating the preparation of scrumptious and indulgent mocha mouse cake. Typically it is made of moist chocolate cake and it is topped with chocolate ganache but in this video I will make it very simple for you. There's no need to bake it; We will use a store bought mocha cake as our cake base. For the mousse layer, I will whip the cream and mix cocoa powder and coffee powder. I will add gelatin to make the mousse stable. Instead of coating the cake with Chocolate Ganache, I will frost it with chocolate frosting made with whipped cream and melted chocolate. And there you have it! The rich and indulgent Mocha Mousse cake that will surely make the whole family happy and satisfied.
Ingredients:
10 pcs. Mocha mamon/cake(big)
620ml all purpose cream,chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk,chilled overnight
1/2 cup cocoa powder,unsweetened
4g instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp mocha flavor(optional)
2 tbsp gelatin(soaked in 2-3 tbsp water)
3-4 tbsp hot water
1/4 cup chocolate flakes(optional)

Frosting:
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup melted chocolate
1/2 tsp mocha flavor(optional)
