The Routine
warmup with pullups (different variations)
Barbell Rows- 4 sets 15-8 reps Pyramid Style (drop set on the final set)
Neutral Grip Dumbbell Row- 4 sets of 12(triple drop set on last set)
Dumbbell Pullover -with- Cable Pullover- 4 sets of 12 reps
Dumbbell Row- 4 sets of 10-12 reps (each arm)
Close Grip T-Bar Row- 3 sets of 8-12 reps (do drop sets on final set)
Standing Cable Low Rows -with Shrugs- 4 sets of 10 reps
