pc to Master to Slave to XL320 demo 041620
Demonstrates control of a Lego-based XL-320 2-link planar manipulator. Here, a PC runs Scilab that transmits a serial string to a (Master) NXT. The string contains a pair of angles. These angles are respectively joints 1 and 2 of the robot. The Master NXT then transmits this string via Bluetooth to a Slave NXT. The Slave NXT uses these angles to compute forward kinematics. Port 4 of the Slave NXT is connected to the Dynamixel XL-320 robot. This demonstration's importance is that such distributed computing can off-load computational intense algorithms (like video processing). Such visual-servoing will be shown in a future video
