Make Perfect Thin Toasted Bagels
A bagel can range from 200 to 300 cal and some people feel that there are too many carbohydrates and too much bread. The method shown in this video demonstrates how to make thin bagels by taking the toasted halves and cutting them horizontally through their soft center. It is surprisingly easy. This creates four thin bagels slices that give you 1/4 the calories of half a bagel without sacrificing the grand taste and texture of a regular bagel. Try it. It is very satisfying.
