2 tsp fennel

15 oz ricotta
2 eggs
1 cup parmesan
2 tbs fresh parsley
1 tbs basil

Caesar Dressing
1 egg yolk
1 lemon juiced
1 tbs dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves
1/4 - 1/2 cup neutral oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan
3 anchovies
squirt of Worcestershire
1 tsp pepper

Garlic knots
4 cups bread flour
1 cup milk
8 tbs milk powder
2 large eggs
2 tsp yeast
4 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
8 tbs butter

Butter Sauce
4 tbs butter
4 tbs oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbs fresh parsley
Salt to taste
